These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the RAMÉ Creative Space website and the purchase of products through our online store.

By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products

RAMÉ creates and sells 3D-printed objects, home décor, lighting, gifts and related products.

Because many products are manufactured using 3D-printing processes, small variations in surface texture, colour, layer appearance or finish may occur. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process and do not necessarily constitute defects.

We aim to display product colours and images as accurately as possible, but appearance may vary slightly depending on the customer’s screen and device.

3. Prices

All prices are shown in euros (€).

Prices displayed at checkout will include or exclude VAT according to the applicable tax treatment of the business and destination.

Any delivery charges are shown before the customer confirms the order.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Orders

An order is considered submitted when the customer completes the checkout process.

After placing an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation by email.

RAMÉ reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as:

• incorrect pricing caused by a technical error
• suspected fraudulent activity
• product unavailability
• inability to manufacture a custom or made-to-order item

If payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the customer will be refunded.

5. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout.

Orders may only be processed after successful payment, unless another payment method has been specifically agreed.

The final checkout button should clearly indicate that the order creates an obligation to pay, as required for EU online sales.

6. Production Times

Some RAMÉ products may be produced after the order is placed.

Estimated production times will be displayed on the relevant product page where applicable.

Production estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

7. Shipping

RAMÉ currently ships to:

Greece and selected EU countries.

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates and charges are shown during checkout.

Where no specific delivery date has been agreed, EU consumer rules generally require goods to be delivered within 30 days.

RAMÉ is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including courier delays or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.

8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

For most online purchases made by consumers in the EU, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, the customer must notify RAMÉ within the applicable withdrawal period.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Customers must be informed of this before purchase.

Returned products should be handled only to the extent reasonably necessary to inspect them.

Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. Custom and Personalised Products

The statutory right of withdrawal generally does not apply to goods that are made to order according to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised.

For this reason, custom products normally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind.

This does not affect the customer’s legal rights where a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the agreed specifications.

10. Damaged or Defective Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us at:

• description of the issue
• photographs where appropriate

EU consumers have legal remedies for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the contract, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances. EU rules provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods sold by professional traders.

11. Custom Requests

Submitting a Custom Request through the website does not constitute an order or guarantee that RAMÉ will accept the project.

After reviewing the request, RAMÉ may provide information regarding:

• feasibility
• materials
• estimated production time
• price

A custom order becomes binding only once the customer accepts the quoted terms and completes any required payment.

12. STL Files and Digital Products

The STL Files section may include free and paid downloadable digital content.

Each digital product may be offered under different licences, including:

Personal Licence
For personal, non-commercial use.

Commercial Licence
For commercial use subject to the specific licence conditions shown on the product page.

The purchase of a digital file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design unless explicitly stated.

Customers may not redistribute, resell, share or upload the original digital files unless explicitly permitted by the applicable licence.

For digital content supplied immediately, the customer may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is lost once downloading/access begins. This consent is important under EU consumer rules.

13. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this website, including:

• product designs
• photographs
• illustrations
• logos
• branding
• graphics
• digital files
• website content

is owned by or licensed to RAMÉ Creative Space.

It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or commercially exploited without permission.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

RAMÉ may update, suspend or modify parts of the website without notice where reasonably necessary.
