If you decide to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery before sending anything back. The item should be returned unused, in its original condition and, where possible, in its original packaging. The cost of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned item reaches us, we’ll process the refund using the original payment method.

Custom & Personalised Orders As custom-made and personalised products are created specifically for you, they are not covered by the standard 14-day return policy. Before production begins, we’ll confirm the details of your order with you. Once your custom order has been confirmed and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If your custom order arrives damaged, is defective, or does not match the agreed specifications, please get in touch with us and we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

Damaged or Defective Items We carefully check and package every order before it leaves our studio. However, things can occasionally go wrong along the way. If your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and send us a few photos of the item and its packaging. We’ll be happy to offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on what works best for you. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Refunds Once your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund as soon as reasonably possible. For standard returns made under the 14-day right of withdrawal, the direct cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the customer. If a refund is approved because an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, you will not be charged for the return.

Need Help? If you have any questions about a return, refund or custom order, just get in touch with us at ramecreativespace@gmail.com .
